What is digital planning?
Digital planning, like paper planning, is a way to organize your tasks, goals, finances, habits, and more, without occupying any physical space. It is environmentally friendly, paperless, and reusable. You navigate your planners using the built-in hyperlink function.
Simply import your PDF files into note-taking apps like GoodNotes, Colonnote, Kilonotes, and Notability on compatible electronic devices, such as laptops, phones, and tablets (including iPad and Android), and enjoy the interactive features of the planner and journals.
What do I need to get started?
To use digital planners, journals, and stickers, you require the following:
- Compatible devices like iPads, Android tablets, and compatible laptops
- Beginner-level understanding of how to use and navigate note-taking apps of your choice, like GoodNotes, Collanote, and Kilonotes.
- Styluses, such as the Apple Pencil and S-Pen, are used to write on iPads and tablets.

How will I receive my digital files (planners, stickers, etc.)?
You will receive an email confirmation with a secure link to access your digital product files after purchase. Please ensure you input the correct email and double-check the spelling to avoid any errors, as this is where all your downloads and order details are sent.
What devices and apps do I need to use digital planners?
Our digital planners and journals work best with:
- Devices: iPad, Android tablets, and compatible laptops
- Apps: GoodNotes, Notability, Collanote, and Noteshelf
NOTE: Digital planners and journals are incompatible with apps like OneNote and Evernote. We recommend using tablets and iPads for creative and writing freedom.
How to download my digital files?
We recommend using a browser to download the digital files. For Apple users, use Safari to download all files, as Google Chrome might glitch during the process. If you continue to experience issues while downloading, please contact us via email, and we will be happy to assist you.
How do I use hyperlinks?
When annotating in apps like GoodNotes, ensure that ‘read mode’ is turned on. Read mode allows you to use the interactive hyperlinks to navigate the pages efficiently.
Do you accept returns, refunds, and exchanges?
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products due to their nature. Please read product descriptions and confirm your cart before proceeding with the purchase.
Can I share my planhare paperless digital files with my friends or anyone I know?
