No Physical Products

Planhare Paperless only caters to digital downloads. All items offered by paperless.planhare.store are digital. Hence, no physical products will be shipped.

Exceptions

Despite our best efforts to provide a seamless digital experience, if you encounter an error in the digital file, you can contact us within 7 days of purchase for a resolution.

We will resolve the error, including offering a replacement of the product (where applicable), and/or a gift voucher (at our discretion).

Digital downloads are quick and immediately available for download at the email address you specified. There is no waiting period or shipping time required.

Hence, due to this nature, we do not offer cancellations.
